meaningful day
woke up early to get prepare today. it's Spastic Children Association School Children Day event at OCC. mi n Chewling reached there very early in e morning. e whole event started at bout 8.30am. initially we were so afraid that we would hav alot of troubles helping them. as they r phisically disabled pple. but afterall, it's managable. some might look scary. but we muz not look at them at a diff look. they r lovely. really. so cute n adorable. took alot of photos too. haha.
first stat for our group is e playground section? i cant rem wad it calls. u hav to climb up n down to play de. e kids were so happy there. but b4 that, we hav to settle them to eat their food prepared for them first. i still rem one monkey eat alot. haha.
next is e bowling centre. although all of them dont know how to play, they juz sit on e floor n roll e ball. e ball is very heavy for them. they were so happy when e ball hit e pins. haha.
3rd stat, e swimming pool!! they love it. e volunteers help them to change into their swimming suit n off they went for swimming. after they r done, we help to rinse them n then change them into their dry clothings.
e last stat is e OTOT stat. haha. games, freebies, popcorn, candy floss n alot more. didnt managed to get e popcorn for my gal cos e uncle already close for e day when i went over. she seems abit sad. but nvm, she've got her choc!! haha. we hav to wait for debrief n then sent them off to their buses.
recieved a token of appreciation from e sch. all e volunteers did. it was quite tiring today. imagine their parents hav to take care of them all e time. so heartpain. basically im very happy n satisfied with wad i did today. as long as they r happy, im happy too. rite Chewling? we did something memorable today!!
shall b helping out at e sch when we r free again. haha.

chatted with some of e volunteers over there. alot of NS guys. there is one auntie keep asking us to go for MLN talk this sun. haha. so irritating. but i WONT go de. haha. anyway, thanks Vivianne for e whole event. she's my bf's sis, e committee for this event.
i stil tink Clinique's better.
